We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded Studio Manager to join the Lin and Jirsa team. For our sales manager, we’re looking for someone with a proven track record of high performance in sales.

STUDIO SALES ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct client sales meetings and create custom quotes
- Consult with clients to determine their needs and provide service/product solutions
- Utilize customer feedback, metrics, and other data to increase sales
- Attend networking events to build industry relationships
- Network with venues and planners to create partnerships
- Monitor industry and competitive trends/innovations
- Maintain quality, customer service standards, and client satisfaction
- Provide leadership, mentoring, training, development and performance management
STUDIO SALES ASSOCIATE SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Prior sales experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving skills under tight deadlines
- Experience delegating tasks and leading teams
- Ability to work a variety of shifts based on business and seasonal needs including holidays and weekends
- Ability to effectively network and maintain relationships
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in photography or wedding planning a plus
- Positive attitude
- Ability to innovate and lead
- Goal driven but team player
- A passion for the wedding industry
- An understanding of various wedding cultures
- Wedding Industry Experience is a plus
