Depending on your package, timeline, guest count, and program, we need you to fly out up to 3 people per team (photo and cinema). We like to depart for the destination a day in advance to scout your venue and ensure we're on time on your wedding day. For the return flight, we typically book tickets for the day after your last event, preferably at a later time.

If you'd like to use your travel miles or rewards points and book flights on our behalf, we simply ask that you send us the flight information in advance so we can approve the details, including flight times, transfers, and layovers.

Our packages are priced the same as our regular wedding packages. The only additional costs are the actual travel expenses listed above. We don't mark up travel costs or add destination surcharges beyond what we actually spend.

We ask that all accommodations be in safe, secure locations to protect the team, their equipment, and your photos and video. Airbnbs are acceptable as long as they're in safe neighborhoods with high ratings. We're happy to review accommodations before you book if you're unsure.

Hiring locally isn't necessarily easier or cheaper. Destination photographers often charge more for the novelty of the location, and coordinating with someone you've never met adds risk to an already complex day. When you work with us, you know exactly what you're getting. We've built a working relationship before the wedding day, you can visit our studio, see our albums, and meet our team in person. If you ever have a question about your images, you can simply come to us directly rather than navigating an inconvenient long-distance correspondence.
